Residential category
AEC writes: Congrats to Michele Sneed for being a winner in our first ever Conservation Awards! Michele's residence is s traditional looking southern farm house with passive solar architecture, extremely energy efficient building, geothermal HVAC, solar hot water system, and grid-tied 9.3 KW PV system which makes more power than the house uses!
